Don Everys shares how everyone in your group will be in different places spiritually- sometimes you will have non-Christians. Try to get everyone on the same playing field. A manuscript study format helps put everyone on the same level. Be careful of "assuming" what people know as well. Also choose passages that focus on Jesus.

I've never ever thought of that- I usually just have everyone turn the page to their own version of the Bible. But what a great tool.
